Well, if anyone out there is planning on getting into art as a career - then you MUST try to get on this course.  This is incredible. I've got just under two weeks left (of a 30 day away stay here at the Imaginism house workshop studio) and I have learnt more in the first two weeks than I've EVER learnt. I'm a self taught artist apart from college which didn't teach me any of the basics that they have here.  

Imaginism also run Schoolism who are now giong around the world teaching weekend workshops too - so if you can't get to the 30 day workshop (or get the time away) then you must make it to one of their live workshops somewhere on the planet.  

Keep your eye out for my future work as it will be so hugely transformed by what I am learning here it is very exciting!!

I have always had a love of the fantasy and horror genres.... comes from watching too many Ray Harryhousen movies when I was little!! Loved (and feared) those monsters when I was wee. I have been published with Mamtor Publishing, Dare Comics and Fantasy Art Now and The Future of Erotic Fantasy Art (the latter is about to be published).

Massive inspirations for me are many - artist wise its the pre raphaelites and klimt, also good friends of mine Dave Kendall (www.rustybaby.com) who is an out of this world horror artist and Liam Sharp [link] - big stuff in the Comics world AND the Novel writing world. Last but not least Kev Crossley - incredible draughtsman and artist with a very individual style www.kevcrossley.com
